As we are heading closer to Valentine’s Day, my obsession with the color red grows only bigger. A pop of red was the trend starting last fall in 2023 and I still love this today. The color red seemed to be the theme of last Thursday for me and I have just been a little red-obsessed lately!
In the morning I met up with my girlfriends to start planning some trips for us. We are not sure yet where we will be headed this year but we will try to go on a ski trip next year!
After my date with my girlfriends, I headed to the nail salon for a fresh mani. How cute is this tiny little red heart I got for Valentine’s Day?
In the evening I went to the movies to watch Ferrari. Last summer I went to Maranello in Italy and learned a lot about the brand and its history, so I was very curious about the movie! I absolutely loved it, I have a weakness for Adam Driver, Penelope Cruz is my girl crush and I loved their acting. I honestly thought the special effects were dramatically bad but it is definitely worth watching! I switched to a more comfortable outfit and paired my new red bag with my new red hairclip.
My full look of that day. I am wearing new baggy jeans by Abercrombie & Fitch, this is my first pair of jeans by them and their fit is so good! Freya Killin kept recommending this pair and she hasn’t said too much! I paired my baggy jeans with some very comfortable knee-high boots. I was actually searching for some ankle boots but I didn’t own the right pair and I figured that you can’t see the knee-high boots underneath the jeans anyway so they would be a great fit too. I’m wearing my cashmere wool blend cardi from Massimo Dutti and I think that’s just such a great combo with the red details.
