My outfit pictures here and on my Instagram are currently a lot different than a couple of months ago. I am posing in front of my mirror nowadays instead of posing randomly on the streets, after I have found a spot with a great backdrop, the right lighting, and the least amount of wind that is. I must say that I enjoy this way of taking my #ootd picture pretty much, it honestly just takes way less time, haha.
I hope everyone is adjusting well to this slower lifestyle? I am definitely enjoying this in my own kind of way. Working from home gives me a little bit more time to myself to workout, eat healthy in lunch breaks and keep the house tidy as well. I also like the fact that my agenda isn’t packed with lots of appointments and I have more free time! Here in the Netherlands the beauty salons have openend again this week (with needed precautions) and I can’t wait to have some pampering done soon. I already booked a facial for the end of May.
Before Covid-19 struck, I picked up these two gorgeous ruffled blouses, and I just couldn’t decide which one to wear on our planned trip to Italy!? So I decided to get both. But, the joke is on me gals, we’re not going anywhere anytime soon! However, I am glad I decided to keep them anyway. They’re officially not off-the-shoulder blouses but I do wear them like that, therefore I think it’s just a classic timeless addition to my wardrobe.
I have a slow weekend ahead, doing the usual: sleeping in (if I can – I’m terrible at it), doing groceries, get some work done around the house, read a book, work here on the blog and have a movie night at home with the man.
What are your plans for the weekend and do you have some movie recommendations?
